Ground-breaking ceremony for Anaxo in Pratteln

An office building for 450 workplaces is being built in Pratteln by Buss Immobilien & Service AG.

One week after building permission was granted, Buss Immobilien & Service is starting construction of the Anaxo business centre. The first tenants should be able to move in in November 2009. The ground floor has already been rented out to Ringele, and contracts are about to be concluded with a number of other prospective tenants.

 

The new business centre is located very close to Pratteln railway station and is suitable for both office and laboratory space and also for light manufacturing facilities. Four upper floors are planned, with parking spaces on two basement floors. The building will have floor space measuring about 20,000 square metres.

 

It has been a long cherished hope of the local community to see offices for highly qualified people established close to the station. Beat Stingelin, president of the local council, is pleased that this wish is now being fulfilled.
