Aesch Nord

100,000 m2 of land designated for commercial use are to be turned into a lively industrial zone – a unique proposition for the thriving Basel Area. The development rights for 100,000 m2 are available long term.

 

Well situated for transportation with an optimal connection to the H18 expressway, Aesch Nord lies at the heart of North West Switzerland and is connected to the remaining commercial centers in Switzerland and its neighboring countries (Germany/France).

 

The Aesch Nord industrial zone is divided into three large areas that are being individually developed. Surface areas of up to 41,000 m2 are available as well as smaller areas directly adjacent.

 

The zoning regulations allow for a broad range of activities including the service industry as well as commercial and industrial operations and businesses dealing with the public.
