Projekt 47 – Innovationspark, Allschwil
The second project phase is just around the corner.
In September 2009 the decision was taken to start the second phase of Project 47. It is planned to construct two further buildings similar to the first two.
On the land between Hegenheimermattweg, Kreuzstrasse and Kiesstrasse in Allschwil, another two 5-storey laboratory and office buildings are being constructed.
The new buildings with office and laboratory space of 11,700 m² are available to companies from the life sciences sector and so should lead to the creation of more than 200 high-value jobs in the innovation park allschwil – basel.
The buildings will be realized in two stages, first as a basic core and shell construction and then finished to the tenant’s specifications. The division into laboratories and offices will be defined when they are customized to the tenant’s needs, so the buildings will be planned and finished to meet the wishes and technical requirements of the users. All of the 11,700 m² is already leased out.
Access to the two buildings is from Hegenheimermattweg via a forecourt, where there is a visitors’ car park and a cycle park, as well as a bus stop right on the doorstep. The forecourt leads to the main entrance servicing the two high-rise buildings.
